Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free from €50 (in Poland from €15). Below that, the cost for your country is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 business days in Poland, 3 to 7 in other EU countries and 5 to 10 to the UK. You get a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves.

Do I pay customs duties?

Not within the EU. Parcels to the UK may be charged import VAT and duties by the carrier.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Send it back unworn, in its original packaging. Details are on the Return & Refund page.

Who pays for return shipping, and when do I get my money back?

You pay the return postage, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item, to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for another size or colour?

Return the item and place a new order for the one you want; that is the fastest way.

Materials and care

Can I wear my jewellery in water?

Our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant: you can wear them in the shower, the sea, the pool and at the gym.

Does it tarnish?

Gold PVD-plated stainless steel is covered by our 12-month tarnish guarantee. Sterling silver darkens naturally over time and polishes back.

What guarantee do I get?

Every piece has the 2-year EU legal guarantee for defects. On top of that, gold PVD-plated stainless steel has our 12-month tarnish guarantee. Details are on the Warranty & Guarantee page.
